For reservations from overseas, please contact the concierge of your hotel or credit card company. We cannot accept reservations over the phone.

If you wish to cancel or change the number of people, please be sure to contact us at least two business days in advance.
In addition, if the number of people in your reservation is changed or canceled without prior notice, you will be required to pay the entire course fee (including service charge and consumption tax) for the number of people who made the reservation, unless there are special circumstances.
Those who cancel without permission will also be required to pay the same amount.

If you do not contact us more than 1 hour after your reservation time, your reservation will be treated as a cancellation and you will be charged the same amount.
*If we are unable to contact the person in question, we will consult with a third party (lawyer) and request the full amount including attorney's fees.
*If a cancellation fee is incurred for a reservation made from overseas, the full amount will also be charged to the hotel or credit card company concierge who made the reservation.
